Overall very good experience and location is around 8 Minutes walk from Dubai Internet City. Staff is exceptionally supportive specially Mr. Zubair who took care of us well during our stay.

they advertised airport shuttle but that didnt exist we had to get taxi to airport .

we had a 2 bed suite which was very nice , few niggles tv s didnt work handle loose on bedroom door sink in bathroom was blocked lamp inbedroom didnt work and safe packed up . Lovely breakfast .

Carpet in bedroom can be cleaner. At breakfast used tables should be cleaned and wiped before guest arrive.

The noise from outside made by the cars on the highway

Everything was fine with the property I got the room on the 19th floor, a fantastic view from the future! Clean, nice atmosphere. Polite staff, good food! Very good location near metro station

Breakfast was mayhem. It could have just been that we went towards the end and this was the busy time but it was packed with people and understaffed.

The room was very comfortable. It had everything we could need and the staff were so accommodating. The pool was lovely.

unfortunately due to the storm the roads were closed so there was no shuttle service running once the roads were cleared we still weren’t able to use the shuttle service - I appreciate that the weather was terrible but once the roads were cleared we were able to use taxis so not sure why we weren’t able to use the shuttle service.

I really liked the location of the hotel and it was really comfortable here definitely feels like a 5 star hotel than a 4 star. The facilities were good unfortunately the steam room was out of use which I did know during booking. The breakfast was also good I can’t complain I would definitely return to this hotel.

For tours, there is a desk and a person who handles them, and during my visit, there was one staff member available only at specific times. I requested a city tour the same day, which I understood might not be feasible. She proposed a private tour with a driver for 850 AEDs, offering flexibility to customize the itinerary. However, the driver provided had limited English proficiency, leading to communication issues. Despite expressing disinterest in visiting the mall, he initiated the tour there, resulting in a significant portion of time spent aimlessly walking around for a photo. Similarly, at the old town, he took us to what seemed like a museum or store, consuming another hour of our time. Regrettably, due to these detours, we missed out on visiting other attractions like Jumeirah beach as time ran out. In hindsight, if the tour lady had clarified that the driver was solely a chauffeur and not a guide, I would have made alternative arrangements, perhaps opting for Uber instead.

The front desk staff, daily housekeeper, and those working in the breakfast/dinner area were all exceptionally helpful and polite. Both breakfast and dinner offered a wide array of options with great variety, making for satisfying dining experiences. Spacious room.

The hotel is next to the highway and a highway nod, with bad windows isolation, thus bringing a constant noise in the room measured to 57 dB with my phone. Also the wifi kept on disconnecting making it difficult to work. The breakfast room gets really busy and is too small considering the size of the hotel. Last but no least, every room features a balcony but they are all locked "for our own safety"... Not sure why they built balconies.

I made a reservation under the terms " Free Cancellation until 2:00 pm, pay at the property". On the day of our arrival, my credit card was already charged at 10:00 am in the morning. Upon arrival at the hotel, I raised this concern that this was not appropriate and that I still had time until 2:00 pm to change my mind and cancel my reservation. The receptionist informed me that the hotel is highly booked and that the hotel had to charge my card to keep my reservation and that the property has the right to withdraw money at any time. I tried to explain that if I did not show up at 2:00 pm, the property has the right to charge but the receptionists insisted that that was not the case and if I was to change my mind I could call Booking and request for refund ( too much work and very inconvenient). The next day I was called from the Guest relations of the hotel to inquire about my stay. Upon explaining what happened, the person on call blamed the whole scenario on Booking. Either ways, I was unhappy, will not be staying at this hotel again and will review whether I will consider making a booking through Booking again.

Its a small quiet hotel appropriate for a day or two stay.
