The bathroom is shared and the shower is the one for the spa which has no privacy. It is very clear in the listing that the bathroom is shared but the open shower could be uncomfortable for some people

The location was amazing and the staff were incredibly nice. They allowed me to keep my bags in the hotel while I skied on my last day as well as drop off my skis to go for dinner without my baggage before leaving. The room was very cozy and comfortable with delicious fruit in the room. The breakfast really surpassed my expectations and there was even a welcome drink to the bar which is attached. There is also a sauna which is perfect for after skiing. Overall, an amazing stay

The room was a little dark but manageable. The only thing is, it's right beside a bar and it's quite loud throughout the day, but it quiets down after 8pm which is more than fine. Truly, it didn't detract from my stay.

The location was perfect, literally right in front of the slopes and lifts, and walking distance to St. Anton train station. The staff were what made it. Everyone was so kind and it just felt like a family run business. The coziest most charming vibe.

Hotel Bergschlössl is as close to the gondola as you can get, premium location. The breakfast each morning was perfect for a day on the slopes. The staff were excellent. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. I travel to St. Anton several times a season and this hotel is, by far, the best in town!

Not english speaking so sometimes we missed being able to consult freely, but we were able to communicate everything we needed and the hospitality is so kind and really at the highest level, so its minor.

The room is very spacious, much more than what we expected from the pictures, with a living room, a huge closet in the bedroom, and in the bathroom a big bathtub (saved us at the end of every ski day) and a shower. All in very high level, super clean, lots of character. Also the room has floor heating I think, in the 12 degrees weather outside we even opened the windows. Breakfast includes everything you want and more. Location is perfect. Ski room is comfy. Hospitality is generous and you can feel the thought behind every detail, you’ll understand what I meant when you get here.

Great location right next door to the lifts, ski rentals and ski schools. Run by a lovely family that give you chocolates as presents and drive you to the train station in the early hours of the morning if required. Nice breakfast too!

The staff at the hotel were so friendly and the suite was cleaned beautifully each day. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with so much to choose from. The staff cooked perfect eggs to order in any way we liked. There was a huge selection of meats, cheeses and fresh fruit every day. The location of the hotel could not have been better. The view of the mountains from the many windows was stunning. The ski lifts are right there outside the door! Everything was so easy and relaxed.

A pillow selection would've been great, as a deeper sofa to cuddle with your partner while watching the fireplace, but that's just being picky, as I said I am looking forward to coming back next year.

Amazing experience, what else could you ask for? Breakfast was lovely. Not a lot of chocolates but it was nice to explore other approaches, exceptional quality. Incredibly clean rooms/bathrooms, you could eat on the floor, I was shocked by this aspect, rarely do you see such a clean place, cleaner than a hospital. Very friendly staff and we will return next year. Thank you!

The breakfast in Hotel Bergschlössl is probably the best in St. Anton. The food is delicious, the breakfast room is beautiful and interesting.

No bath or toilet in the room, but I was told so before renting. No place for hangers in the closet. A cellar room with very little outside light. And the ceiling light was not strong enough to fully light up the room. The view from the room was almost non-existent. (But who has time for window gazing when going skiing?) The TV-channels were out of order. (But who has time for TV gazing...)

Extraordinary breakfast. The room size and most of its facilities (small 'kitchen' with fridge, computer with plenty of old local movies, music and TV-channels). Big nice spa facilities incl. sauna. Private garage for my car. Less than 50 meters to the central ski-lifts.

The property is between the two lifts and close to ski rentals, the ski school, and to apres ski bars. The owner Johanna and her staff were very welcoming and took good care of us. great breakfast.

There was a noisy after-ski place next to my room so impossible to rest and chill after a long skiing day in the room 😬 This was not mentioned anywhere in the room or hotel information. Might be a good fit for people who like to party but not for me. Would not stay here again.
