The staff truly deserve commendation for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist. What stood out to me was their attention to detail and willingness to provide detailed explanations about the resort's amenities and activities. På trods af at jeg rejste alene, havde de valgt at booke mig ind på suiten med eget soldæk og en hel lejlighed kun til mig. Jeg blev syg under mit ophold grundet mad, jeg havde spist andetsteds, men personalet var meget opmærksom på min trivsel, spurgte bekymrede ind til, hvordan jeg havde det og hjalp mig til lægen, da jeg havde brug for dette.

The best part were the staff, extremely helpful and go out of their way. My wife told them it was my birthday and the entire staff gathered round my room for a surprise happy birthday. Really nice! Also the location is excellent, just 5 mins by car to Cenang beach or 15 minutes walk. No complaints.
