The room was beautiful, with a balcony overlooking the bay. The service and staff were top notch - including a complimentary bottle of water and fresh cloth on our arrival. We even arrived early, and our bags were delivered to our suite while we were out on a tour.

We really enjoyed the relaxing, low key atmosphere we experienced throughout the resort and love the location close to the marina.

Situated on the beaches of Banderas Bay, this Puerto Vallarta resort features a full-service spa. The pool area was very nice for the kids, the breakfast is big and outside even if we needed to wait for a free table for a while. Excellent service and always staff around ready to help.
