I loved the scenery from my room, the furniture in the room, the staff, 24hr room service was definitely a positive and to be honest the entire luxury side of the hotel was lovely.

Very cozy rooms with your own mini balcony. We loved the fact that each room was a villa. It almost felt like a community. Didnt get that stuck in a resort feeling like when you go to other places. Security was serious about his job too. He is not letting anyone in that building unless he gets their name and license plate lol

When we arrived the staff greeted us with a warm smile & some drinks! It was my partner’s birthday weekend so they gave us a room update to their presidential suite and it was absolutely amazing. Everything was clean & modern. The property was so nice, the staff was very welcoming, the restaurants were top knotch. They really exceeded my expectations. I even got guest services to decorate the room at no extra charge. I will definitely be visiting again!
