We booked it last minute after the place were staying at was a huge disappointment. Upon arrival you will feel like you have escaped the chaos of the world and entered the tranquil Tuscan villa that you were dreaming of when you decided on a holiday in Italy. The staff is exceptional and everyone is working hard to ensure your stay is enjoyable and comfortable. The chef is fantastic and there is a laundry list of wines to choose from. The pool was amazing and we swam in it everyday! The spa was a bit basic but nice and private which we liked it. Our room was so nice and the bed was comfortable. They also provide additional nice touches like shower gels, lotion, shampoos, shower caps, etc... It's super close to Cortona...which is a must-see and we also toured a local winery.

A villa of the 18th century, Borgobrufa Spa Resort is located on the hill 4 km from Torgiano. It offers a free spa, panoramic views of the Umbrian countryside and a gourmet restaurant. Gorgeous property overlooking Perugia and the gorgeous vineyards and hills of Umbria. The spa and its services were top notch and the staff made sure we had a wonderful and relaxing stay. We loved the outdoor hot tub in our room. This hotel and stay was the highlight of our trip to Italy!
