The accommodation was comfortable and modern. Great shower! The breakfast was incredible. Serena went really above and beyond offering savory and sweet breakfast. I’m lactose intolerant and she cooked breakfast completely without dairy. She even made a specific croissant without dairy and had dairy free yogurt. I would highly recommend and would like to go back again.

The location and the structure are fantastic and that would be already enough, but the staff what so much exceeding our expectations. Especially Lorenzo and Andrea were incredible: always calm and super professional and they always put the customer at the center. Even our daughter Victoria loved them and always called for them. The rest of the staff was actually the same, everyone was very focused on their responsabilities and at the same time very warm to customers.

Ezia & her husband & all the staff were extremely helpful & friendly, & went out of their way to welcome us & entertain our 14 month old daughter Olivia, bringing her little toys to play with. The room was outstanding, the pool area very nicely done with comfortable loungers & the team were happy to bring very tasty cocktails to us down there!

Hosts Mino and Roberta, will make you feel like at home. Very welcoming and attentive. Apartment is in great location a few steps from the sea, with a great view of the city center. Higly recommend.

Very, very nice hotel! Excellent taste in the overall decoration, every little detail was well thought of. There are two restaurants, one for breakfast, with a nice predetermined menu with small changes every day, and also the a la carte option with additional cost. The dinner restaurant is in a beautifully decorated area and the food and the wines are excellent. Everything, even the wines, comes from the Masseria grounds. Service is exceptional, everywhere in the hotel. It seems like everyone at the hotel is prepared to make your stay into an unforgettable one! Even the two mean looking dogs are nice and ignore guests. The hotel offers some activities but you need to access the site to find out about them. Do it in advance and be prepared. On our last day we found out about the cooking class and, although it was a Sunday, Nicola was very nice to organize one for us. It was a great experience and I highly recommend it. And after learning how to, that will be your dinner!
