Booked 4 rooms and stayed with family for 2 nights. Was celebrating my daughter's 4th bday at the resort. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing, especially Mr Sujith, Mr Arijit and the GM of the resort himself. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. Already recommended this property to friends and colleagues who will be surely visiting soon. Thank you so much!

El Serene Crest Resort & Spa se encuentra en Mananthavady, a 14 km del templo de Thirunelly, y alberga un restaurante. The property has beautiful scenic views and has all the required amenities like a play area, swimming pool and a garden. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and the food served was delicious. The food is cooked fresh based on the guests request. We stayed here for 2nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone especially families travelling with kids.

Wonderfully located inside jungle and the staff were amazing. Food was excellent and were the facilities. Couldn’t join any activities due to rain but I’m sure they would be awesome as well

Delicious self-service breakfast and a la carte menu for later in the day. Manager, Thomas, was happy to arrange excursions for us and driver, Ashraf, was prompt, calm and friendly. We also loved Sunil who was always smiling and available to help.

We stayed at the Mountain Exotic Glamps at Mount Xanadu Resort for 3 nights. It was a splendid experience for us. The glamp stay was awesome, with luxurious inside, amenities and a beautiful view of the mountains and valley. The staff were really professional and helpful . They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Special shout out to the gentlemen who was doing the live music at dinner, his songs made dinner time all the more enjoyable. Another highlight was High Tea , with the view of the beautiful surroundings. They have an ayurvedic spa which will surely leave you relaxed and rejuvenated. We had an early check out, so the staff packed fruits and water for us for the trip back. These small gestures elevate Xanadu's service to another level. Highly recommended! Suggestions to improve: Increase size of TV. Leave a booklet with local activities inside the room for guests to review.

El Parisons Plantation Experiences ofrece pileta al aire libre y centro de fitness y se encuentra en Wayanad, Kerala, en una finca de 4025 hectáreas con té verde. it’s an amazing heritage place that surrounded by stunning nature. The interior of the hotel, the rooms, the view you have from each and every point on the hills with tea bushes are incredible and charming. However, the best in this hotel are people. Manager Binoy is great host who truly takes care of his guest making sure we had the best possible experience of Wayanad and of our staying at the hotel. His team is dedicated and was careful and attentive to every our need, they were so kind and welcoming. And the last but not the least is the chief of the hotel who made absolutely unforgettable dinners, it was so delicious. We’ve spent 7 days there and enjoyed each and every moment.

Clean and neat property, everything arranged well manner, nice talking staffs. Property access is good. Cycling enjoyed. Walking distance to see mountain with fog in the morning time. Excellent hospitality all over.
