Started with a big great first impression by Mr Iyan, our driver in charge was kind as he went the extra mile to assist us with our heavy luggage. Then, one of the visitor's son is unwell and felt nauseous henceforth may vomit in the bus while on the way. Mr Iyan at first apologised for not able to assist with getting a plastic, then he didn't give up but searched thoroughly until he could find a small purple colour plastic to passed it to the visitor in need. Pak Iyan mula-mula meminta maaf karena tidak bisa membantu mendapatkan plastik tersebut, kemudian beliau tidak menyerah namun terus mencari hingga menemukan plastik kecil berwarna ungu untuk dibagikan kepada pengunjung yang membutuhkan. I would like to leave a POSITIVE the best review when it comes to the Klook experienced too with Mr Edi who was our firefly tour guide and captain pak cik abun who steered our sampan professionally. Our driver Mr Ayik was on the dot meaning on time with the pick up to and from for our entire trip.

Trikora Beach Club berjarak sekitar 20 menit berkendara dari pusat kota Tanjung Pinang, menawarkan akomodasi tepi pantai yang ramah lingkungan dengan akses WiFi gratis di area umumnya, dan menyediakan... Fantastic facilities, location, like a little paradise - beautiful beach, two swimming pools with view on the beach, lots of trees (lovely shade), very natural setting. The kitchen is open all day from 7am to 10pm so it's very convenient and also the food is really good. The tables are located right above the beach so you can have all your meals and cocktails with a beautiful view and nice breeze. All staff was super nice. There's a real effort to not use plastic and be environmentally friendly, like glass straws and asking clients to use maximum one beach towel per day, and you can refill water at their fountains and ask for a glass of water anytime at no charge (so not plastic water bottles need to be used, which we appreciate a lot). Bungalows are comfortable, quite spacious, a bit rustic, don't expect luxury, but they are very pleasant and functional. Spa center has massage offering that we also enjoyed. There are faucets everywhere so you can wash your hands (nice for the kids) and also wash the sand from your feet easily before entering the pool or your bungalow. I don't come there to be connected but for information for other visitors, the WiFi worked pretty well (watched women world cup matches).
