The staff was amazing, from the reception desk to the lifeguards and cleaning personnel. The hotel has a great view in the morning as well as in the evening, with all its rooms oriented towards the seaside. The rooms are very spacious, the coffee at the lobby bar is very nice as well as the cocktails served there and and the pool bar. The gym is top notch comparable to 5 stars hotels in The Middle East.

The resort has an excellent architecture, the rooms are very spacious and beautiful. Everything is spotless clean and the staff is working hard to keep the customers happy. A very important part for us was the bufet which was a very pleasant surprise, a vast variety of quality food.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and bright. The pools aren't deep, and all people can enjoy them. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I can genuinely say that Gaby saved our summer holiday after a few days of bad experience in another hotel. The animation is fun and interactive for all ages. Our family was able to enjoy all the activities. Petya took great care of our son, Eray didn't let us gain weight with his gymnastics and water exercises and of course Eli who took care of the party side of our stay with the drinking games and the funny competitions. We appreciate the hard work of all staff members from the polite bellboy, the helpful receptionists, the energetic bartenders, and all the other nice young people that we met during our stay.

The facilities are new, clean and well maintained. The breakfast is tasty and you get plenty of fresh fruit with it. The location is just 4-5 minutes walking distance from the beach. You also get free parking inside the complex. But what stands this place out is the service. This is probably the only place where I have stayed and I can say that the service has been exceptional without exaggeration. Nadja (our host) went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Firstly, I got a call day before our stay asking us whether we want to check in early because our room was going to be available earlier. Secondly, when we got to the hotel our room was upgraded to an apartment free of charge. Then when our friends who also stayed at the hotel at the same time asked her whether she can help them call a cab to get them to the beach bar they wanted to go, she offered and drived them there herself. And then finally we all got late check out for free. I can probably go on with a few more things but these few examples can show you how great the service was during our short (only 2 days) stay. I cannot recommend this place enough. We are already planning another visit this summer. Thank you for making our stay so amazing 👏

HVD Reina del Mar - Premium Spa Service & Free Parking heeft een privéstrand met gratis ligstoelen en parasols in Obzor. The hotel is excellent, very big with a lot of activities, pools and restaurants. The food was very good and the staff was exceptionally helpful.

Good selection at the buffet, polite staff. Easy to take a taxi to Old Nessebar, which was beautiful.
