I had a nice room with a view....... The surfing beach was basically just across the road and down the hill. A two minute walk. I went off-season and it was unbelievably cheap for a very nice, good sized room with a little terrace to overlook the road and catch a glimpse of the sea.

Beautiful location. Very friendly helpful staff. Lovely food but lots of restaurants within walking distance if you fancy a change. The ocean wing is more secluded and definitely worth it if you want peace and quiet, but be aware you have a short walk to get to breakfast and the beach which involves an uphill climb and steps. If you have mobility issues the main part of the residence might suit you better.

The resort is located at very good location. Just 1 km to kata beach. Staff is super awesome. Very freindly and helpful. Another good thing is they also have shuttle service every 2 hours to pick and drop to kata/karon beach as per guest's preference. The highlight of my trip was breakfast which was amazing. Very good variety and good taste.

Aoh was extremely kind and supportive, always greeting us with warm smiles and helping us with all out requests. His attentiveness made us feel welcome and valued as guests. The 5 stars go to him! We highly recommend this hotel!
