Waking up to the serene beauty of the bay and having breakfast on our balcony was a daily delight, an experience so surreal it felt like living in a dream. But what truly set our stay apart was the warmth and efficiency of the staff. Anne, at the front desk, was a beacon of helpfulness. Her expertise in organizing tours allowed us to explore Palau's hidden gems effortlessly. Her recommendations were spot-on, ensuring that every adventure was memorable. Furthermore, the service was seamless, epitomized by the prompt and reliable transportation provided. The driver was always available at a moment's notice, ready to whisk us away to our next adventure or back to the comfort of our bungalow. Nice hotel, clean, spacious and bright rooms, nice surroundings with a pond with exotic fish, small but nice beach, good breakfast, beach bar, close to the famous Drop off restaurant, nice staff

despite so many issues mostly revolving around the management, most of the staff did their best. The hotel is basically desserted. like Bates Motel. Feels totally neglected and seems like owner has no concern for guests or staff. looks very neglected

Turned out to be a great option. Rooms have everything you need, good A/C, good WiFi. Only paid 99 plus 20% tax (ridiculous % but it’s Palau) so 119.34 was the total. Sounds expensive but compared to other options in April this is a top option if you have a car. Breakfast was okay, warm food but not a buffet. Didn’t see any other guests but I checked in late and checked out very early for Smile Air and then IMPAC snorkeling. Property has a small fitness center even though it is not listed on Booking as having one.
