Very central, close to the waterfront and the city of Funchal! Well equipped and very comfortable! Beautifully furnished and the view is really great.

الموقع ممتاز و قريب من السنتر 10 دقائق مشي تقريبا مع ملاحظة وجود انحدار و صعود بسبب طبيعة البلد ، توجد مطاعم أمام المدخل ، توجد جلسات داخلية و خارجية مطلة على الشاطيء ، الإفطار متنوع و فيه الكثير من الخيارات و فوق الممتاز مع إطلالات على الشاطيء ، الغرف واسعة نوع ما مع بلكونة ، الحمام واسع مع بديه للتشطيف ، توجد غلاية للقهوة و الشاي ، الماء موجود لمرة واحدة و الميني بار مجانا كترحيب للنزلاء مع صحن تفاح ، تعامل الموظفين فوق الممتاز سواء في الاستقبال أو المطعم ، تم تمديد ساعة الخروج لمدة ساعتين مجانا ، أنصح به بقوة ، أيضا فندق سافوي محاذي له.

We had an enormous room with 2 balconies and a large TV room. There was a lot of space. The hotel was very quiet, very few children which suited us. The spa has a lovely heated indoor going to outdoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna. /everything was clean. The outdoor pool is glorious. But very cold (unheated) however it was a lovely pool for the views and because it was quiet - likely because it was cold. The views from the pool areas a over the ocean and are beautiful. The breakfast and dinner buffets are a bit crowded and elbows seem to be deployed by people to get in - not much orderly waiting. There is a lot of food although maybe not the top quality, there was enough choice to keep us happy. The best part is free fuzzy wine in the morning for breakfast, sitting on the most glorious veranda to watch the morning pass, and the bird of prey they use to chase away the pigeons. The hotel has services which can be booked and a shop. Lots of room around the pool to sit.

It was our first time in all-inclusive hotel for our honeymoon. Staff was very friendly. We really appreciated that they took our room preferences into consideration and also left us as a gift bottle of champange and nice note on our arrival which made our day. Room itself is spacious, bed was comfortable, having fridge and bidet was nice and view from balcony is amazing. We slept really well to the backround noise of waves on beach. Food was great and diverse, with something different everyday and large choice of main meals. Our favorite were Madeira nights with local dishes. There was decently wide choice of drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic as well as cocktails. Entertainment was organised every night, we enjoyed live music. Outdoor terrace is lovely. And right outside is long promenade by the beach. Location is great, we rented a car and its under 1 hour to get anywhere else on the island. Parking spots are not reserved but we had no issue finding a free spot during our 8 day stay.

Katsina reception girl was excellent, kind and professional. The Ukrainian girl called Mala I think superb at aqua gym etc. All pool n bar staff friendly, helpful n professional especially Juan and Stefano. Rafael the Brazilian entertainment guy was the BEST energetic,highly trained,so energetic and happy and fun ALL the time. We loved him n his team n every member of staff needs thanks and compliments and Pay Rise!!!
