We particularly liked the way we were received and welcomed by the staff. From check in to everyday at breakfast and throughout the grounds, the staff were always friendly. The location is wonderful, the gardens impeccably maintained.

can’t describe how great is this hotel from big picture to every small details , rooms are simple n very nice staff are extremely friendly and well trained, restaurants you have variety of restaurants up to Michelin star restaurant, greenery and seenary are beautiful, this hotel definitely have alot of people working behind the seen to have this great end result of ultimate luxury and happiness, I will definitely go there every visit to Portougal

The animation team were exceptionally friendly to both adults and children . I liked being able to drop off my son to the kids club and then going to work out classes where the staff were super helpful and professional . I then picked up my son who was so happy Huge choice of food 247 also and the pool was fab too !

From our arrival until we departed all was smooth and good. The property is situated in a very good area from where you cand travel around for visiting all the great places. Miguel is relaxed and available. He gave us a comprehensive guide how to use the house and therefore all went smooth. We will be back for sure.

The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much to ask for. There were plenty of sun beds and didn’t have to go up early to get one. The villa was lovely plenty of room. We had a2 bed and it could have fit 6 easily. Very clean with plenty of towels. Kitchen was well equipped and very modern. I would stay here again.
