From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, the team made me feel truly valued as a guest. They were always available to answer questions, provide recommendations, and go above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their genuine hospitality truly sets this hotel apart. The hotel itself is a hidden gem, tucked away in lush surroundings with enchanting gardens. The attention to detail in the interior design is remarkable, creating an ambiance that is both elegant and inviting. Every corner of the hotel exudes charm and sophistication, making it a pleasure to explore. The rooms at Giardino Romantico Hotel are simply stunning. Super host, place had an unforseen water shortage problem and he upgraded us and looked after us above and beyond.. First class host .would absolutely stay again next time in Valencia or Dumaguete. He also recommended a stunning huge waterfall nearby that was the highlight of our stay.Thankyou very much
