We had an amazing time at The Funny Lion. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. They helped us book our boat tours, rent a scooter, set up transportation to the ferry terminal and even packed us breakfast as our departure was very early in the morning. The room was very spacious and clean and every day we were surprised with some treat. The food at the restaurant is delicious. The breakfast selection is great with lots of vegetables and freshly cooked eggs to your choice. We also enjoyed our dinner at the bbq party they organized during the weekend. Overall, we are so happy we booked The Funny Lion for our stay in Coron, they made our trip so much more enjoyable.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the nature, all the staff are super nice/helpful & the location was perfect for us to avoid the crowds (10 min tricycle from Coron Proper Town). Nice pool, very good restaurant open all day and good breakfast. PS : bring earplugs if you dont want to ear the roosters ! They are quite noisy very early morning but that’s part of the charm of being is the countryside 😆

Breakfast selection was awesome! Variety and cleanliness on point 👌 Housekeeping was 5 start as well. The only comment was the front desk.. they panic easily. A little bit of organization goes a long way. Rooms, location 👌 food at the bistro was good, and waiters are always smiling. It's definitely the place to stay in Coron. ❤️
