Iberostar Grand Hotel Paraiso is set in Playa del Carmen and has water sports facilities and a tennis court. A hot tub and a car rental service are available for guests.

Great staff and service. Very nice property. Team was accommodating to our requests and made a point to help us celebrate our honeymoon as best as we could.

The hotel is part of a resort complex of several other hotels. Flora and Fauna are nice and you can meet different types of animals. Service and food are good and there are plenty of activities to do everyday. We had a great time and recommend it 🙂☀️🌴
