The resort is large enough that there's plenty of space for everyone. The architecture blended with nature was wonderfully well considered. The parks were fun and the night show was beautiful.

Heaven on Earth!! The food was unbelievable, you wouldn’t think everything on the menu is vegan or vegetarian and tastes so good. The property ins brand new, the attention to details in the interior design are out of this world. The service was amazing, we had a personal butler and was super handy. The beach was super clean with no sargassum. Would definitely come back ASAP.

As a all inclusive resort with just the lower ground floor restaurant for breakfast and a roof top restaurant for lunch and dinner I did like the whole thing about ordering your meal via your waiter made it more personalised rather than a walk up buffet style. The staff are friendly and happy to assist in anyway. Will definitely return and stay here when in Playa Del Carmen.
