Loved the property and all the options on activities to do and regret not staying longer. Food was very good and parks lots of fun. I also wanted to call out a staff from Cinthia who was our tour guide in Xenotes and Najaida from rest CANTINA VI.AI.PI is wonderful.

Heaven on Earth!! The food was unbelievable, you wouldn’t think everything on the menu is vegan or vegetarian and tastes so good. The property ins brand new, the attention to details in the interior design are out of this world. The service was amazing, we had a personal butler and was super handy. The beach was super clean with no sargassum. Would definitely come back ASAP.

Banyan Tree Mayakoba, resort a Playa del Carmen

Aquest resort, de 5 estrelles, està situat a 10 km del centre de Playa del Carmen i ofereix vil·les de luxe amb piscina privada i jardí paisatgístic.

One of the best hotel we did in Mexico Mayakoba is just great, with many nature trails if you want to do your Joging in the morning, we even saw spider monkeys when running early in the morning! You may see crocodiles, koatis, raccoons!!! It is just wonderful, thousand of birds… The property is just amazing, so well maintained, so nice from the furnitures, to the gardens… for me the gardeners are the real heroes in this hotel!!! Their work is fantastic The swimming pool in the villa are very well heated, it is a pleasure to get into the water! The staff is incredible, so nice from the waiters to the gardeners to the housekeeping The rooms are cleans, housekeeping is doing an amazing job Everyone is well trained, no one will enter in your villa if not given the permission.. professionalism is everywhere and that is pure joy. Ok, it is expensive, but honestly it is totally worth it!! The set up on the beach is just great with a great restaurant, a lot of service, good music choices… everything is done for your well being there!!! And the sea… the color of the sea!!! With its sand that is like some flour it is just paradise!!! Property is huge and we just enjoyed a lot to hang with our bike there! Food is just amazing, in each restaurant we have done!! It is the reason why we decided to get back for additional nights!!! And restaurants close pretty late Cocktails are great Villas are huge, bathroom are super nice If you can take a villa that give a view on the River, it just wonderful and so quiet In one word if you want to stay next to playa del Carmen, Banyan Three is the best choice!!

    Nosaltres anàvem per lliure, no volíem viatge de Resort i la casa està ubicada a un Condomini-Urbanització a les afores de Playa del Carmen amb seguretat a l'entrada. Per a nosaltres ideal ja que vam llogar un cotxe, sinó has de tirar de Taxis, però per uns 100 MXN (5€) et porten al centre. Els llits molt còmodes. La piscina molt bé. Platja a una 800 mts caminant. L'amfitrió va venir de seguida quan vam tenir un petit inconvenient amb l'aigua.
