We've been to Maldives for honeymoon. I've been so many countries for traveling, but I found that I couldn't see such beautiful and wonderful place in the world. Our hostess was Lisa. Everything ! The people at Baros make it the excellent property that it is ! They are caring, professional, extremely present and at the same time discreet. They are what makes the experience at Baros so awesome. Special shoutout to Maria, my butler, Marie, my dive instructor without whom I would have never had the courage to try diving and I ended up diving twice ! Domi, the resort manager and so many others who were so caring. The property in itself is beautifully located and maintained.

The island is cozy and peaceful. The atmosphere is very relaxed (we were walking around barefoot most of the time). The house reef is beautiful, full of life and easy to reach. We enjoyed the occasional 10 minute shoulder and neck massage at breakfast and the short sunset cruise. The New Year's eve dinner was delicious, the party was fun and the personalized Sarong was a lovely surprise. The restaurant offered enough variety every meal, with both international and local dishes. The staff is extremely kind, friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember all the names, but I can't. Just to mention a few... Frontdesk: Sambe, Naoufel and others. Kids club: Aini and Raikko (our daughter still has the bracelets and the paper basket they crafted together). Room: Hameed. Restaurant: Ziyad, Salmaan, Liu,.... Breakfast: Ismail freshly pressing juice with the fruit of our choice, and Pawan preparing eggs in your favorite way. Bar: Rohit, Hanane and others. The staff at the Water Sports center. And so many others... Thank you. This was a great way to pamper myself for my birthday :)

The hotel is amazing. The weather is perfect for relaxing, swimming and to enjoy sun and the nature. The rooms are comfortable, and we enjoy the amazing bathroom with outdoor shower decorated with exotic plants. We enjoyed the sunsets, the water temperature and the cocktails at the beach bar.

New resort with exceptional buffet and chef. Restaurant has a machine that makes fresh cheese like mozzarella or burrata, nice selection of food, especially seafood every day. Friendly staff everywhere, at restaurant waiters were always smiling, entertaining kids. Good responsive guest relations managers. We really enjoyed a trip to coral garden and saw turtles. Though no big reef near the beach, but still there are nice corals and fish to watch nearby.
