Clean and quiet in secure area. It was exactly as advertised, the best part was Nita, our host. What an amazing person with a passion for her island. we had a welcome basket upon arrival, she showed us the area to help get us settled. And then she was in regular contact with us to make sure everything was great and she helped us organize tours with local companies.

The check-in process was efficient, and I was pleased to find that my room preferences had been thoughtfully accommodated. Speaking of the room, it was a haven of comfort and elegance. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was truly remarkable. I appreciated the cleanliness and the overall ambiance that made me feel right at home. The dining experience at Casa Florida Hotel was equally impressive. The culinary offerings were both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and provided excellent service, adding to the enjoyment of every meal. The location of your hotel, with its convenient access to local attractions and landmarks, was another highlight of my stay. It made exploring the city a breeze. However, I have a suggestion that could further enhance the guest experience. I noticed that there was no shatafa (bidet spray) in the toilet, which is a feature I've found to be quite useful during my travels. Installing shatafas in the bathrooms could be a valuable addition that would align with modern hygiene standards and enhance guest comfort. Overall, my stay at Casa Florida Hotel was outstanding, and I will certainly recommend your establishment to friends and family. Your commitment to ensuring a memorable stay is truly commendable. Very nice hotel in front of one of the best beaches. We enjoyed staying here. Very gentle and welcome stuff, hosts, and especially Pravin. Nice pool on the rooftop, good breakfast and restaurant.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Just a few minutes walking from the supermarket Super U and shopping centre. The beach is within a 10 minute walk. The apartment was spacious and they've just upgraded their wifi during my stay so there was fast connection throughout. Housekeeping daily and 24hr security.

Spent a week with my husband for our honeymoon, and had the best experience! Because the resort offered everything we needed: from delicious food to complementary water activities, we didn't feel the need to leave the resort at all. We tried to branch out a few times to explore the area, but always came back to LUX*. The breakfast was delicious, needless to say the restaurants Bisou and Ai KISU were delicious. During the day, we would order through Beach Rouge which offered the perfect beach/poolside meals. As we were on our honeymoon, the resort hooked us up with the perfect activities including a couple's photoshoot, a champagne breakfast on our terrace and a cooking class! We also made sure to experience the spa - hands down the most beautiful one we've seen. Needless the say, the massage was incredible. As for the room, we had a beautiful pool view where we watched the sunset everyday on our terrace. What stood out the most was the beautiful bathroom, specifically the rain shower system. I couldn't recommend LUX* Grand Baie more.

on the mont choisy beach so could not ask for more as this is a beach with the turquoise water. staff offered us an early check in at 11am even though we just wanted to leave our bags. They did well to be very attentive to my younger kids.
