Room was clean and we survived 47*C during the day and 27*C at night thanks to AC in the room. Remember it's an old Medina not 5* resort so do not expect luxury . My advise is to everyone, please contact Mustafa on arrival to meet you at the gate to Medina as it may not be easy to find the way in for the first time, especially after dark.
