I have had a really comfortable stay at this resort. I got a awesome breakfast, lunch and dinner all served to the terrace in front of the room. The owner is a very kind person and the delicious breakfast was prepared even at 5:50am. The beach is stunning and I almost had the beach for myself.

Wir hatten einen Bungalow der sehr gut war. Bequemere Stühle wären sehr schön, und auch ein Tisch am Bungalow wäre toll. Personal war sehr nett und versuchte alles richtig zu machen. Viele Einheimische verbringen paar Tage dort. Yala NP ist sehr gut erreichbar.

They really made our stay memorable with their unique surroundings and hospitality. Spacious and clean rooms, fully air conditioned, luxurious linens and interiors. Surrounded with nature where you can listen birds twittering, bird watching and if you’re lucky May see Elephants while taking bath in front of Resort. Such a beautiful place to enjoy with wildlife in luxurious way. Service unconditional even given dinner at 11.30pm and ready with breakfast at 5.00am in the morning. Manager Amit was ready to serve us with his best possible way. He was available at all the times even in the morning when we’re ready to for Yala Safari and made breakfast for us at 5.00am morning. Pool is very clean and quite big, Sunset at Kaaya made our stay beautiful. Kaaya provides authentic Sri Lankan cuisine and on demand can be prepared other’s cuisine too. We’re enjoying the night with Barbecue pool side and amazing melody for Sri Lankan music. Spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, quality linens, extra ordinary hospitality and lake frontage makes this place outstanding. I believe only Kaaya has more than 200m lake frontage with space of more than 3.25 acres land.

✔️Accommodations are comfortable and charming, giving a village life experience. ✔️Safari ride is an adventure where we could see wild animals. ✔️We visited chena and mud houses to see Sri Lankan cultivation. ✔️We could climb tree houses in chena areas. ✔️Went to Palatupana beach and had a good time. ✔️Food delicious and fresh. ✔️At night, we had a BBQ night outdoor. ✔️There were natural herbal shampoo and soaps to use. ✔️Environment is calm and beautiful
