The stay was comfortable . The Rooms where spacious and clean, and the host was much helpful indeed with travel guiding and day planning. The nature around the place was picture perfect! There is a big forest facing the entrance side of the hotel,The rooms face Rawana Caves. I had short walks from Adems Peak and nine arches during my stay.

There is no words to say, from the owner to the staff and the food, location , service, view everything is extremely perfect. The cook in the resaturent so good and the food was so so delicious. Even though its bit far from Ella town u don't need to go to Ella town to have a good meal. In-house chef is cooking wonderful food and prices are same as in a normal on-road restaurent in SriLanka. Owner and the staff always trying to do there best to keep us happy. I stayed in the family room which has 2 balconies and varendah from the front door which was amazing.I would definetley recommend this place to anyone who visits Ella.

This place is amazing! The hosts are absolutely marvellous, they were so kind, and they gave us great tips for things to do in Ella: - a great cooking class at a guesthouse nearby - wonderful walk to Ella Rock starting right next to the guesthouse - a taxi to Yala at a really great price (first taxi we took in Sri Lanka since we did everything by bus previously) - a day trip to Haputale so we could take the famous train, but only the best part (we missed it in Kandy) The bed is amazing, the surroundings a green haven of peace, at least when it’s not the weekend or a holiday, it’s hard to find quiet in Sri Lanka during those days 😅 We could see lot’s of giant squirrels from our deck, and one morning we woke up by monkeys jumping on the roof 😊 The included breakfast was abundant and different everyday (we stayed 3 nights). After two weeks of traveling in Sri Lanka, we are confident to say that this was our favourite place.

Room is very nice and good looking. Toilet is great. There's a very beautiful terrace with lots of plants, very comfy to work there. The house is close to the small road but down the hill, so the noises are not loud. Location is quite far from the town, but I liked walking there because of tea plantations everywhere and a stunning mountain view. The owners are very kind, you can ask for tea or coffee for free. Also the breakfast was the best we've had in Sri Lanka

the location was incredibly! Nestled in the hills of Ella in the midst of a tea farm. the view is absolutely gorgeous. our host greeted us with tea and biscuits. she was so kind and accommodating!

The room was incredibly spacious and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the jungle and a gorgeous view of the temple on top of one of the peaks. Just sitting there listening to nature was divine. The staff were so welcoming, they took such good care of us. I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived in Ella and they were so caring. They went as far as getting me some Samahan tea to ensure my speedy recovery. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, must stay when in Ella.

Everything during our stay The most things that will never got forgotten is how lovely and kind this family are, the lady was preparing incredibly delicious breakfast and she was taking our preferences for most of the items, It was unforgettable stay in which we discovered the Sri Lankan genuine hospitality, the welcoming in addition to simplicity ... the bathroom, bed, bed sheet and towels were all clean and do their job in a very comfortable way... the dining wood table and relaxing chairs were so lovely and comfy The thing that I am pretty sure of it is that family was caring about our comfort more than any other thing ... so we feel like that we were actually guests not a mere costumers....!!!
