1. The host was very friendly and helpful and was in touch with me in whatsapp from day 1. 2. She accepted early check in (for additional fee) and late check out. 3. Based on our request, she even picked us up from Astana railway station (for additional fee). The train was late by more than an hour, she still waited and picked us up. 4. She was also willing to drop us at Airport during check out. 5. The property is centrally located, 10 minutes by taxi to Baitrek tower / Kahn Shatyr mall. 6. Property is clean. has TV, washing machine, microwave oven, stove top and utensils to cook our own food.

It is 10 minutes to walk to the Expo center. There is youtube and netflix in the android tv which is important when you are traveling alone to an unknown city for a day. The wifi was good enough. The flat is a house actually. Very clean. With a good view and balcony. Sound insulation was moderate. The owner lady was so polite and helful. She was quite strait too. (my best wishes to her daughter who helped me to communicate in English on the phone).
