Everything. The room is spectacular, the food is very good. The reef in front is really beautiful. Please if you go there respect the corals, they're healthy and I wish they stay healthy forever. Special thanks to Ibrahim who did really make sure we enjoyed our nights there with great shisha and comments. We appreciated we had to depart very early in the morning and they prepared some breakfast boxes for us. We will be back for sure to explore more this beautiful red sea and enjoy more this hotel as we did not have time to use the spa!

The place is amazingly beautiful, well appointed and decorated. Many properties say "luxury" but I don't know compared to what, this is a really luxurious experience that makes you feel like a king. In a lot of hotels throughout the Middle East, staff are sometimes not so well trained and even receptionists are limited compared to people in other parts of the world. Here, they were very on point, efficent, kind, great language skills. I had the opportunity to talk with the spa staff, also fantastic. A fantastic experience all over.

The staff was super helpful when we arrived with flat tire, they changed it to a spare one and checked the air pressure. They made us feel very comfortable and safe.

The staff is very helpful and they really let me feel home. Especially Mr.SAHIM ( RECEPTION), Mr. RADWAN AND Mr.MAJDI ( HOUSE KEEPING). Thr breakfast was great, and Pool, Beach is clean and well served. They really made our days there.

I booked a single bed room but was upgraded to a double bed room with a balcony with sea view was amazing, the beach and pools were clean and tidy. For open buffet breakfast there was plenty to choose from even for the most demanding guests. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful, from the security at the gate and front entrance to the receptionist and spa employees. The gym is excellent and my favorite was the rowing machine.
