Non posso dire altro che fantastico! Stanza ampia è bellissima! Con vasca sul balcone! Il panorama è super! Non hai più voglia di uscire da lì! Lo staff dalla reception al parcheggiatore fuori tutti super disponibili e gentili! Abbiamo avuto una disavventura con il cellulare e ci hanno aiutato tutti a recuperarlo! Super consigliata

The location of the hotel along a very pretty side street meant that it was very quiet and gave you the sense of being in the middle of nowhere rather than in the heart of what has become a very popular tourist destination. From the reception area, to the rooms, the verandas, the pools and yoga area and the hotel restaurant, everything has been designed with guest comfort and guest experience in mind. This was a return visit, having stayed two weeks beforehand between a visit to Pemuteran, and we were treated so kindly on our return with a personalised bottle of wine waiting for us in our room, which had been upgraded to pool view as my elderly mother had struggled with the stairs leading down the garden view room we had stayed in at the beginning of our visit to Bali. We have been to Bali many times over the past twenty years and this has to be one of the best places we have stayed considering how affordable it was. The staff are to be commended. They are all seem very well trained not only in their own roles, but give a sense of being aware of the importance of guest relations. The restaurant menu is incredibly varied and healthy and room service is available. Unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to try the spa, but the spa menu looked incredible. Even our driver to the airport made the last 90 minutes of our time in Bali interesting with his lovely chit-chat and insights into how Bali is evolving. We would definitely stays here time and time again.

Ero alla ricerca di pace e tranquillità e qui l'ho trovata. Piscina privata affacciata sulla natura in totale privacy, staff cordiale, gentile e disponibile, ottimi massaggi, cibo di qualità che può essere consumato direttamente in camera. Nulla da eccepire. Ottimo.

The staff were incredible - the restaurant staff, the front desk staff and the drivers who drove us round the Ubud area were also so friendly, so kind and so engaging and thoughtful. The breakfasts were bar none the best in the world - a buffet of fruit and veggies and cheese and pastries and then you order the "entree" from the menu that they bring to your table - i had the eggs benedict almost every morning since i could not get over how wonderful it was. The communal pool is a bit of a walk down the mountain which is wonderful if you are young and in good shape - I was with my elderly mother so we stayed in the room that has a backdoor that opens onto a semi private book (i think they are called classic rooms)... these rooms are up by the top of the hotel (the hotel is one of the oldest in Ubud and beckons to old Bali and is truly wonderful and magical) as the hotel sits on a side of a gorge and goes from the top to about half way down the hillside. So if you are not wanting to walk up and down stairs make sure you reserve rooms on the top and I highly recommend the classic suite.

Il soggiorno è andato ben oltre le aspettative che ci eravamo fatti dalle foto della struttura. È un’oasi di pace e tranquillità ad appena dieci minuti di scooter dal centro di Ubud. I Bungalow in legno sono ampi e spaziosi, ognuno ben distanziato dall’altro e dalla reception che si trova all’inizio del resort, al fine di garantire la massima riservatezza. Un letto ampio e comodo, assieme ai suoni della natura, accompagnerà al meglio il vostro riposo. La piscina a sfioro con vista sulla giungla è un quadro da lasciarti senza parole. Meravigliosa e ampia la scelta della colazione con prodotti freschi e preparati al momento, quattro opzioni diverse a disposizione e la possibilità di combinarle a piacere. Il personale è stato sempre discreto, attento e premuroso nel soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. La struttura inoltre offre servizio di ristorazione dalla colazione alla cena, servizio SPA e noleggio scooter per raggiungere Ubud o esplorare le cascate limitrofe. Di gran lunga il soggiorno migliore dell’intero viaggio a Bali!!

Sono stata al Kappe senses con mia sorella. Il resort è MERAVIGLIOSO! La mia voglia di uscire dal resort era pari a zero perché avevo tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno: tranquillità, attenzioni, svago e relax. Tutti i ristoranti hanno avuto un'attenzione maniacale per le mie intolleranze: aspetto non trascurabile poiché neanche in strutture a 5 stelle in Europa ho avuto lo stesso trattamento. La Spa era deliziosa. Tutte le operatrici gentilissime e attente al dettaglio. Abbiamo fatto una cooking class e ci siamo divertite tantissimo. Tutti gli chef sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno saputo coinvolgere nelle attività. Insomma, tornerei solo per il resort!!!

Everything was amazing. The villas are located in an quiet area, but close enough to Ubud center. We made like 15-20 min with scooters. Very clean, hot water all the time and the stuff very nice and thoughtful to details, they refilled us every morning with drinking water and fruits. The air conditioning was great. At the reception they help you with laundry services, scooters rental or car transportation to different locations. The cleaning was made every day, the beds and pillows are extremely confortable and the pool was amazing. We received towels for the pool as well as for the shower, changed every day. The breaksfast was delicios we had so many options to choose from, eggs vegetables fruits or drinks. We strongly recommend 👌

This place is amazing!!! The villas and the staff are just great, this place is unbelievably good value for money. The hotel is beautifully done, the villas are big and very nicely done up, with good air con and large and well equipped bathroom. Pool area is lovely, the planting is beautiful. Better than the photos even. They gave us a tour of their beautiful orchids and tropical plants which made our morning. The best bit is the owners & staff, who are lovely and helpful. They even helped us out at 2am when we arrived in an airport taxi without any cash. Breakfast was good and good value.
