Very nice relaxing room, beautiful views, very kind staff. We had massage package which included, massage, body scrub and flower bath, it was very good and relaxing. Lovely breakfast and dinner. Absolutely brilliant place to stay if you want relaxing chilled out stay out off noice and buzz. I would defenatellay stay here again if I visit Bali again. There is also lots of waterfalls nearby.

If you are looking for 'ZEN' this is your place! In the hills overlooking the green rice fields and out to sea hubby and I were in heaven. We stayed in Villa Bougainvillia, a spacious, spotless, landscaped delight. The view was magnificent.. and from the infinity pool absolutely joyous. Full sun all day, no Mosquito's and total peace and relaxation. The staff have all worked here many years and are super efficient, kind, friendly and quietly go about their daily business without disturbance. I arrived "under the weather" and Sri our fabulous chef du cuisine and all round "fixer" did everything she could to help me, so I felt much improved afterwards...and boy can that lady can cook! Flavoursome, freshly bought ingredients went into our lovely meals each day either in Villa or at the lovely Boutique 4 table restaurant, which overlooks the sea. It was a real pleasure to taste the ' love' in her cooking, we enjoyed every mouthful.😋 Inside the Villa is tastefully decorated, comfortable and fragrant, no nasty "drain" smells, a hot, powerful shower pressure and plenty of clean, fresh smelling towels. Wonderful comfy bed too! The owners have thought of everything to make their guests comfortable and we certainly did. We didn't want to leave....but we will be back....100%! Staff were lovely and very happy to help. Rooms were really spacious and comfy beds! Room service avalible and they clean the rooms every day. Great food, a lovely pool and right on the beach. Fantastic value for money

Accommodation was massive. So beautiful. amazing stay. we were warned bout building works BUT you would hardly notice, and when you did the builders were as friendly as the Resort staff.

Staying at the Lovina Hotel was just wonderful. I honestly could not have asked for anything more. The staff were exceptional, everywhere I went in the hotel there was a smile and a happy greeting. They even knew my name and how I liked my watermelon juice! Value for money was amazing and the staff were so accommodating. I had the villa with the pool, although it rained most days the one day I was there all day the pool was invaluable so dip into! The locals are very friendly and often chat with you if you wish, but if you want to be left alone they respect that. It is fascinating to sit and watch the fishmen in the sea and the sunsets are beautiful. Room service is impeccable...some of the top hotels I've stayed in have not done the rooms ro this standard. Beyond clean and tidy and the fresh daily flower are a lovely touch. All in all I have stayed at other hotels in Bali before I decided to try the North. I really cannot wait to go back to the Lovina. It feels like I have left family behind...you will not be disappointed. OK, there is no nesspreso coffee machine! But keeping in mind Bali is trying to be a green country and not encourage use of plastics then that's understandable!
