Perfect for my last days in Indonesia. I wanted to stay in a bit more luxury place and Holiday Inn Express exceeded my wishes. The facilities itself are quite 'general' for a hotel chain such as Holiday Inn, but what made a wonderful difference was the incredibly friendly, helpful and amazing staff. I arrived early, but since my room was ready I was able to check in immediately. Also a late checkout was no problem and each and every staff member smiled and was super friendly. For me a reason to book this hotel again. Also the communication was fast, clear and friendly. The hotel itself is very comfortable. Excellent rooms with comfy beds and nice showers. Quiet at night and also very clean. The beach is 2 minutes walking away and if you want you can rent a sunbed there. I really enjoyed this beach as it is much quieter than Kuta Beach which I didn't like at all. From the beach you can walk on a pedestrian/bicycle path all the way to downtown Kuta if you like.

We celebrated my husband and my daughter’s birthday there and on two separate occasions they gave us complementary cakes which were very delicious! They even surprised my husband in our room. Very memorable, indeed! Super clean and the location is fantastic! ❤️ Oh and the staff is exceptional!!! We love Bali and its people!

The staff was wonderful: from the handling at reception, to the service (and genuine interest) during breakfast, especially from the lady called Linda and the sir who was in charge of the eggs & baking of them (ensuring freshly baked and just right done fried or boiled eggs, or an omelet). The staff made us feel a bit like their family: always friendly, always helpful and attentive in a very nice way.
