Amazing host that made or stay in Split perfect. Dado was really helpful and made our stay really comfortable. The apartment was beautiful and the location was great! Would definately reccomend this place to everyone

it was in a very good location. 15 minute walk from the Port/ Ferry’s and from where everything good is. Beaches are a 10 minute walk. There are 2 flat screen TV’s, a great kitchenette and a wonderful brand new apartment. Couldn’t fault much about this place.

The appartment is small but well equipped and comfortable. It’s 10-15 minutes walk from the city center and 20 minutes ride from the beaches. The neighborhood is quiet. In general I liked it very much and they allow pets!

From the first contact with Josko and apartment Ami everything has been perfect. We got all information we needed and Josko walked the extra mile to give us a perfect vacation, he met us as the airport and on the way to the apartment he explained everything and gave us useful tips. The drive from airport to apartment took 30min. The apartment is on third floor and there was fruit, wine, water, soft drink waiting for us. The apartment has everything you need, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, towels, toiletpaper, soap, everything you need. Tv has all Tv-channels. We really loved the big terrace with 2 sunbeds, table and chairs, sun from early morning until sunset, the large sunblind was perfect when the sun was hot. There is also very nice blinds for all windows and aircondition in both bedrooms. We spent many evenings on the terrace, it's really something extra. Waking up and eating breakfast on the terrace is so nice. Every morning we took a short 3minutes walk down to Jadran Beachbar, this place is perfect for a morningswim and then you can order cappuchino and croissant for 17Kuna. It's very close to the beach, from Jadran you have a nice walk along the sea to the next beach, free showers are available at the closest beach. If you like walking, you have Marjan forest "outside your door" it's a nice area with several beaches. It's also nice to rent a bike and visit Marjan national park. Josko mentioned restaurang Basta, it was very nice, if you walk along the sea into the city, you cant miss it. It's a short nice walk into the city, the area feels very nice and secure. Josko is a perfect host, very friendly, helpful and replies superfast if you have questions. This was a perfect vacation and we highly recommend you to book this place.

Very good location, few minutes to trstenik, few minutes to localshop, few minutes to post office, Lidl, submarine restaurant.

It is a spacious apartment with two bedrooms and multiple sleeping places. There are a lot of free and paid parking lots near this building and the neighbouring ones, though in the evening free ones are hard to get. Convenience of self check-in and check-out.

Our children enjoyed the big private swimming pool and the foosball table a lot. The owner and his mother were very kind and friendly. They even gave us presents when we left.

A beautiful flat with full appliances. I like that there was a nice coffee machine and coffee beans in the flat. There is a fridge/freezer with an ice maker. the appliances were very good and new. The nearby hotel had tennis courts and some ball area which was full of teenagers around evening time. That was good for our teenagers. There is a tunnel under the busy road to cross the street. close to a grocery shop and pizza place. easy to walk to the beach.
