The structure is a nice one, rooms are very spacious and facilities are adequate to a superb, elegant and high class hotel. Families seem to find themselves at perfect ease here. Personally, I have no kids and I am a well-travelled guest. Overall it was a great experience. 100% recommendation by me.

Food was delicious, we used the free voucher for the traditional 10 course Cretan dinner and it was the best! Unlimited drinks. The pool was stunning. Great views of the ocean! Lots of activities including dancing. Big rooms, big TV!
