Avra Imperial Hotel provided us with an exceptional service ranging from reception to housekeeping service, I received a fabulous treatment by the hotel staff they provided me with a meal at midnight due to arriving late. Adding to that they perfectly communicated via email, fast and useful responses that provided all of the necessary information regarding the shuttle service that was provided. The restaurants at the hotel were superb offering international and local cuisines that were so tasty, moreover the pool restaurant provided delicious drinks and spirits that just set the mood for the overall atmosphere of the pool, and during the week there were several activities varying from zumba classes and relaxing piano and jazz performances. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and unique !!!

I had a fantastic holiday at the hotel despite the anticyclone that is unusual. The staff was excellent and the General Manager Mr. Kantaras Argirios was very helpful, he tried to meet any requests. The hotel was really nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We landed late so by the time we got to the hotel it was after 11pm and to my surprise we were welcomed with little sandwiches, just something small to eat after a long journey. It was so thoughtful of them. The rooms need a bit of renovation but they are clean and comfortable size. Our room was cleaned every day and our towels were changed daily as well. The location is good too. Maleme is a small town but the hotel is located close to all the amenities needed. Restaurants , shops , bus stops and little beach bars just around the corner. The food was really nice , variety of fish, meat and vegetarian options were available too. The pool area absolutely amazing.2 kiddies pools with slides , one huge pool for adults and a lovely aquapark area. There was also kiddies disco every evening and some entertainment for adults after that. I normally don't go twice to the same place but I would definitely go back there. Highly recommended 👌
