So, it was the best experience we’ve had in a while. From the very beginning personnel and the hotel in general carried us away with great service. We’ve got upgraded to a suite on a first line with a sea view and red carpet services which was a great surprise even though we totally didn’t expect that. Personnel is very professional, not annoying and pleasing which may happen in hotels of such type but very friendly, open, cheerful and, what was the cherry on top, showing all the hospitality and colors of Greek culture. Food was amazing. Every day hotel had themed nights where were served dishes from different cuisines around the world. Everything is cooked great and the most important thing for me as for the person with gastritis - they’ve always had options for people with unhealthy or sensitive stomach, which were still changing in flavors so you don’t get bored of food at all. Sea and pools are super clean, as well as facilities. We are happy with our choice 100%, would recommend for sure.

Stunning Hotel, beautiful pools, extremely quiet and relaxing. The Restaurants were excellent and the staff mostly extremely friendly! Other guests are very quiet too, so I recommend this for people who need to recharge and dont want loud music or noises or entertainment during their holiday. We especially appreciatet the late breakfast (11:30am) so we could sleep in and go to the gym without hurrying to breakfast.

Outstanding! Room was clean, every day housekeeper did it amazing! Pool view room gave us more wonderful time! We were on honeymoon, they mentioned that and surprised us with wine, cakes and sparkling wine couple times. Restaurants stuff, receptionist and bartenders were e nice and polite! Great choices of food and drinks! We will definitely come back! ❤️

George at reception was very helpful. When we lost something in the hotel, they found it and George took it to our next hotel on an opposite part of the island. And he did this after his working hours, saying it was on his way. Thank you very much, George and all the hotel staff.

We stayed at this hotel with my wife and our 2 months old baby boy. With this being our first all inclusive experience, I was a little cautious, especially about the food quality. Well, I shouldn't be. Everything was absolutely excellent, room, staff professionalism and service quality, cleanliness and of course the food, which I was taken aback with. Overall great experience, we'll be back as soon as possible. If you're looking for an experience that combines a high quality all inclusive hotel with the infamous Greek hospitality, I believe this should be your go to option.
