So, it was the best experience we’ve had in a while. From the very beginning personnel and the hotel in general carried us away with great service. We’ve got upgraded to a suite on a first line with a sea view and red carpet services which was a great surprise even though we totally didn’t expect that. Personnel is very professional, not annoying and pleasing which may happen in hotels of such type but very friendly, open, cheerful and, what was the cherry on top, showing all the hospitality and colors of Greek culture. Food was amazing. Every day hotel had themed nights where were served dishes from different cuisines around the world. Everything is cooked great and the most important thing for me as for the person with gastritis - they’ve always had options for people with unhealthy or sensitive stomach, which were still changing in flavors so you don’t get bored of food at all. Sea and pools are super clean, as well as facilities. We are happy with our choice 100%, would recommend for sure.

Stunning Hotel, beautiful pools, extremely quiet and relaxing. The Restaurants were excellent and the staff mostly extremely friendly! Other guests are very quiet too, so I recommend this for people who need to recharge and dont want loud music or noises or entertainment during their holiday. We especially appreciatet the late breakfast (11:30am) so we could sleep in and go to the gym without hurrying to breakfast.

Outstanding! Room was clean, every day housekeeper did it amazing! Pool view room gave us more wonderful time! We were on honeymoon, they mentioned that and surprised us with wine, cakes and sparkling wine couple times. Restaurants stuff, receptionist and bartenders were e nice and polite! Great choices of food and drinks! We will definitely come back! ❤️

Suurepärane asukoht külastamaks Rhodose erinevaid vaatamisväärsusi ja randu, rendiauto soovitatav, kuid olemas ka bussiühendus. Hotell on väga puhas, toad korrektsed ja piisavalt suured. Meeldiv zen õhkkond kogu hotellis, väga õdus lobby ala koos baariga, kus õhtuti pakutakse muusikalist meelelahutust, pole pealetükkiv. Basseiniala toimib hästi, baar jookide, jäätise ja snäkkidega, soovijatele pakutakse sportlikke tegevusi. Kogu personal on hooliv ja sõbralik, restorani manager oli ülimalt vastutulelik meie erisoovidele, komplimendid Agathale ja Georgile lobby baarist. All Inc toiduvalik oli rikkalik, salatid, juurviljad olid lemmikud, maitsesd ka looma- ja lambalihatoidud. Igakord oli midagi erinevat ja uut. Väga hea hinna ja kvaliteedi suhe, bronneerisime varakult.

George at reception was very helpful. When we lost something in the hotel, they found it and George took it to our next hotel on an opposite part of the island. And he did this after his working hours, saying it was on his way. Thank you very much, George and all the hotel staff.

We can warmly recommend this hotel to anybody seeking for a relaxing holiday! The facilities were very nice, the pools were beautiful, sun beds were quite reserved but always got some when needed. The main pool was crowded byt the upper pool area was more quiet. Kids loved the waterpark. The rooms were clean and just renovated. We were the first customers after renovation and some small issues were promptly fixed by the staff. The customer service was first class, special thanks go to Ervis and Shammy working in the restaurant and to Klement from the bar! You made our holiday even better! The food was very tasteful and the selection changed every day and there was plenty options for everybody. Hopefully we can return some day!

Friendly staff, great location, all what you need. Delicious food and amazing pool bar serving drinks all day till midnight. Room was nice and clean and cleaners coming every day. Will definitely visit again.
