Everything was perfect. Small problems were handled immidiately by the staff with the direct involvement of Stavros, the hotel manager. Everyone were very helful with every question we had. We arrived at midnight and food and drinks were waiting for us. The animation team was great and there were activities for kids and adults diring the day and evening time. The pools were not not crowded although we were staying during the peak of the summer vacation time. Everyday the restaurant served different food. There were all kind of drinks available during the whole day.

The property was very clean and the interior very well designed. It was light, spacious with great sunsets from the upstairs terrace. The outside space was perfect, the pool was heated and well worth paying for this at this time of year as we swam in this every day and were never cold! The gym area, jacuzzi and sauna were much appreciated by my teenage daughters! Location was great, a 10 minute taxi ride into Chania town. The owners was very helpful and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyed.

We can´t recommend Cretan Dream Resort and Spa highly enough. We have stayed in many 4 and 5 stars hotels all over the world and this is our best experience! The manager and all of the staff are the most precious gems of the hotel. They did absolutely everything for us! You feel like you are staying with a big Cretan family and they treat you royal. You truly feel that they do care about you, your wellbeeing and how your stay is. Even though we were demanding and difficult guests at times they handled it very professionally and kindly. We are very thankful for that. The food is very good, paired with excellent wines, the pool area is fabulous with great views over the ocean, relaxing and not crowded. In the beautiful spa area we got the best massage ever so we highly recommend having treatments there. In the evenings they sometimes have theme dinners and shows that are fun. We give this hotel six stars of five possible or ten out of ten :). We hope to come back soon and will recommend it to eveyone travelling to Crete. - We received room upgrade to standard room (We had booked basement room as we had no plans to spent time in the room) - Pool bar was good and they were groving fresh ingredients in the garden (Fresh mint for mojitos for example). Great value for the price - Parking space just across the road - Good restaurants nearby and bus stop just 100 m away in case you want to leave the hotel
