Elsőnek egy kisebb apartmant kaptunk viszont 3 nap után egy jóval nagyobbat mint a foglalásban szereplő volt. Nagyon kedves személyzet. Chania szélén csendes helyen található a városközpont mindössze 12 percre van busszal.

Everything was perfect. Small problems were handled immidiately by the staff with the direct involvement of Stavros, the hotel manager. Everyone were very helful with every question we had. We arrived at midnight and food and drinks were waiting for us. The animation team was great and there were activities for kids and adults diring the day and evening time. The pools were not not crowded although we were staying during the peak of the summer vacation time. Everyday the restaurant served different food. There were all kind of drinks available during the whole day.

Modern, tiszta, igényesen kialakított hotel közvetlen a tengerpart mellett. Bőséges, nagyon finom reggelit kínáltak. Taxi transzfer a repülőtérre 38 Euro.

Our stay at the villa was magical beyond all expectations. We stayed at the villa for 10 days and Eva and John were so friendly, kind and amazing hosts. We can´t recommend Cretan Dream Resort and Spa highly enough. We have stayed in many 4 and 5 stars hotels all over the world and this is our best experience! The manager and all of the staff are the most precious gems of the hotel. They did absolutely everything for us! You feel like you are staying with a big Cretan family and they treat you royal. You truly feel that they do care about you, your wellbeeing and how your stay is. Even though we were demanding and difficult guests at times they handled it very professionally and kindly. We are very thankful for that. The food is very good, paired with excellent wines, the pool area is fabulous with great views over the ocean, relaxing and not crowded. In the beautiful spa area we got the best massage ever so we highly recommend having treatments there. In the evenings they sometimes have theme dinners and shows that are fun. We give this hotel six stars of five possible or ten out of ten :). We hope to come back soon and will recommend it to eveyone travelling to Crete. - We received room upgrade to standard room (We had booked basement room as we had no plans to spent time in the room) - Pool bar was good and they were groving fresh ingredients in the garden (Fresh mint for mojitos for example). Great value for the price - Parking space just across the road - Good restaurants nearby and bus stop just 100 m away in case you want to leave the hotel
