Everything was perfect. Small problems were handled immidiately by the staff with the direct involvement of Stavros, the hotel manager. Everyone were very helful with every question we had. We arrived at midnight and food and drinks were waiting for us. The animation team was great and there were activities for kids and adults diring the day and evening time. The pools were not not crowded although we were staying during the peak of the summer vacation time. Everyday the restaurant served different food. There were all kind of drinks available during the whole day.

Our stay at the villa was magical beyond all expectations. We stayed at the villa for 10 days and Eva and John were so friendly, kind and amazing hosts. The location, the pool, the villa, the rooms - all perfect. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. This has been a very special holiday for us. We can´t recommend Cretan Dream Resort and Spa highly enough. We have stayed in many 4 and 5 stars hotels all over the world and this is our best experience! The manager and all of the staff are the most precious gems of the hotel. They did absolutely everything for us! You feel like you are staying with a big Cretan family and they treat you royal. You truly feel that they do care about you, your wellbeeing and how your stay is. Even though we were demanding and difficult guests at times they handled it very professionally and kindly. We are very thankful for that. The food is very good, paired with excellent wines, the pool area is fabulous with great views over the ocean, relaxing and not crowded. In the beautiful spa area we got the best massage ever so we highly recommend having treatments there. In the evenings they sometimes have theme dinners and shows that are fun. We give this hotel six stars of five possible or ten out of ten :). We hope to come back soon and will recommend it to eveyone travelling to Crete. מקום שקט ונקי, קרוב לחאניה. צוות מאוד אדיב ועוזר בכל דבר, ארוחת בוקר פשוטה אך טובה מאוד והכי חשוב שהכל טרי וזה מעל ומעבר. היה ערב בינגו עם ילדים והיה ממש מקסים. בריכה נקייה, עמוקה ומסביב נקי מאוד. בפעם הבאה לא אקח 2 חדרים, חדר של הילדים היה גדול מאוד 2 חדרי שינה עם 4 מיטות יחיד, יכולנו להיכנס כולנו (5) לשם ולא לקחת עוד חדר להורים. השהייה במלון הייתה מקסימה, תודה רבה
