We stayed in a Superior Suite with a Private Pool. The room was very spacious and clean. The size of the pool also exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent with lunch and dinner options changing daily. But the best part of the hotel was the staff. The communication before our stay was fast and efficient and during our time there, everyone we came into contact with was very nice and helpful. We have to give a huge shout-out to Krista, the pool barmaid, who was very friendly and made excellent cocktails.

Breakfast was super, lot of varieties. Many kind of healthy options and warm dishes. Staff was lovely and helpful. They upgraded us to All inclusive, even though we paid only for breakfast. All inclusive was also insanely good! So many different courses and styles of food. Also many sports and entertainment options available every day. Many different swimming pools for children and adults and also pool towels including. We loved the hotel garden! Hotel was very clean and well maintained.

The resort was like paradise. From the friendly and welcoming staff to the events team who work tirelessly to look after the kids. The pool was clean and huge, plus there were lots of other activities to stay busy. The food changed daily so we never got bored, maybe a bit fatter than when we arrived tbh The bungalow with a pool we were upgraded to made our holiday holiday extra special. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday.

Breakfast and in general all the meals were really nice, perfect place to spend your holidays. The staff is very friendly and will always help you. We realized on our way to the airport that we forgot something in our room. I called the reception and they immediately took action (even ordered a taxi to get the item to the airport in time!).

We had a lovely stay at Minoa Palace! The staff was kind and welcoming and provided great service and nice little perks like an anniversary cake and a free bottle of wine, and a little gift when you check out. The breakfast and dinner buffet was overall really great! We spent a lot of time at the pool, and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There are a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a bus stop right outside the resort, making it easy to go to Chania or in the other direction to Kissamos. The room was fairly basic but nice and all we needed, and the bed was very comfortable.

Väldigt bra och varierad mat hela veckan. Bra service från receptionen, fick hjälp att eftersöka bortkommet bagage. Väldigt trevlig personal. Allt man behöver för en vecka finns på hotellet, träning, aktiviteter för vuxna och barn. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell.
