My boyfriend and I had an incredible stay at Casa Tomaren! Peppi, the staff member, welcomed us warmly and was genuinely professional and friendly. His helpful tips and assistance with our requests made our experience memorable. The place is charming and peaceful, and we appreciated the privacy of the apartment. Convenient for exploring the area with our own car. Highly recommend! We will come back for sure in the future.

We are a fair but picky couple, however the hotel could not disappoint us, we simply looove to eat and the food was just extraordinary, really delicious and amazing!!! Constantly CHANGING with great variety, we booked half board as our preference and we enjoyed each breakfast and dinner there, from fresh seafood to meat and veggies, always something for meat lover but also vegetarian option too, deserts were also good, ice cream, cakes and fresh pastries each day! I have had the best paella with seefood ever there! Francisco the head waiter is doing an amazing job just like the others too but we had to mention his name because he was so hard working all the time, trying to fulfil everyone's needs and expectations! Grill outside on the terrace each Thrusday, unfortunately we basically missed this because it was nowhere advertised and we just last minute so this from outside and managed to grab still a delish burger. The animation team deserves a separate paragraph, we watched all the evening shows, the ones organized by the team are amazing, but also the guest shows were pretty good. The animation team is really fun, it seems that they have a very good community and this reflects on their performance, the Mexican team lead is simply a showmen and he is great just as the wonderful choreographer and dancer lady! The room was spacious and super comfortable, we slept so well in our room, the surroundings were quite and our terrace was facing to the adults pool which gave us literally the feeling that we were having our own pool, with 2 sunbeds and chairs and a table. The water of the pools is a bit too cold and sizewise little too small (4pools). There are water dispensers all around the hotel, which is super convenient! You can also get some good quality beach towels for a deposit of EUR 15 each at the reception, which you can change there anytime for clean ones. The facilities are clean and they are cleaning constantly the whole area during the day!

fab location. on the beach. amazing food and serve yourself all day long with beer wine burgers cakes icecream, crisps fruit. endless. Prosecco spirits and cocktails included in all inclusive. very impressed with quality and choice of food. staff so nice. place spotless. nice games room for kids and reasonable at €1 a game. great playground. my kids age 6 10 11 13

Everything was excelent, the location of the hotel was perfect for us being so close to the airport. The staff is kind and helpfull. If we go back to Lanzarote we will stay at the hotel again.

The flat was very well located, it was very clean and had all the necessary facilities (coffee machine, salt, pepper, spices, washing up liquid, loo paper, washing machine with washing liquid etc…) The balcony with views on the sea and on the palm trees was lovely The owners left a big bottle of fresh water for us when we got there. There was a fan for when it got hot.

Great hosts. They collected us from airport and showed us around house, and were so thoughtful as to leave a little Christmas treat under the 🎄 for the kids ❤️, in addition to a great arrival pack for the adults. Close walk to the centre and closer to the supermarket, yet lovely and quiet area. The venue had all the amenities of home, and some more! The pool and hot tub were a real hit, as was the pool table and fuz ball table. They even had floaties blown up for the kids, which they loved👏. I'd highly recommend this for any group of people or family. It has everything you could ever need in a great location. And for people who value sleep.... the mattresses were really comfie and there was blackout blinds so you can also have a great night's sleep 😴!

Sea views. Close to the beach and shops. Great hosts, good communication. Got us the items we asked for. Extra pillows a toaster, and a chopping board. The apartment had little extras like soap, toilet paper, shampoo. Lots of towels. Salt, pepper,oil. And a bottle of water.

First of all, i would like to say, that this hotel was a huge surprise for me. I have gluten intolerance (and i don't eat meat - but that is a choice). So i tried to choose a hotel which offers wide selection of food. The way the hotel handled this situation, is not 10/10, but 1000/10. All members of the staff, from the receptionist, to the chef was informed about it, and they were paying maximal attention to my problem. The chef even remembered about me being vegetarian. We were on half-board, and that was more than enough, since we were not staying at the hotel during the day. The food was very various, all fresh with lot of fish, vegetables, fruits and all kind of meat. Every breakfast they offered smoothies which i liked the most. The room was big and comfortable, it was more like a suite, with couch, and two TVs. They have programs every evening and afternoon. Yes it is a hotel with pools and water toys for the children, so there is obviously a lot of children. If you are not comfortable with that fact, i dont recommend this hotel. I can't say enough about the staff, how nice and helpful they were every time. Overall, the time spent there was a great experience for us.

The receptionist Anne Sophie really went out of her way to make us feel welcome! All the staff was professional and welcoming and friendly, actually. The place is wonderful - the location, the breakfast, the pools, the peace and quiet. Would strongly recommend it!
