The staff were approachable and so accomodating. I checked in with my husbands family , we were 13 people in all including 1 toddler , kids , teens and adults, and on the first day of the check in , just in the information area we were bursting with laughter and excitement because of the friendly staff. They were respectfull and attentive. I Like how clean all the facilities were. And how available all thier staff all the time . In 2 minutes walk you will find the beach that is so clean and clear . Playa de Muro is one of the best beach in Europe. We will definitely would like to go back and stay longer . THANK YOU PRINSOTEL la DoRADA !

my apologies but was not able to remember the lady’s name but my guess was she was the general manager and if not should be. at every turn at the hotel regardless if you were getting breakfast, dinner, had an issue to resolve, or just had a question in general, this lady was there. She was like a ghost. A good ghost. Popping up at all times of the day making sure your stay was world class. She was the soul of the hotel as were the rest of the staff members. thank you and again my apologies for not remembering your name.
