Can't recommend this place enough. The apartment is lovely, has everything you might possibly need, a fully stacked kitchen if you want to cook, a washing machine to wash your clothes and most importantly parking and access to several pools. The location is also excelent, it's very quiet and secure, yet very close to bars, stores and the beach. Would like to thank Olga who was super nice and helpful, even let us stay a bit longer on our last day since we had an evening flight.

Our first trip to Tenerife did not disappoint. The GF Victoria hotel is absolutely stunning. Staff were very professional and kind . Our bedroom was very clean and spacious. We had our 4 month baby with us so a lovely cot was provided. Turn down service in the evenings was a nice touch. Bathrooms were spotless. Great aircon. Microwave and fridge in the room, great for making baby bottles and sterilising. Brilliant selection for all tastes at breakfast. The hotel has multiple entertainments on throughout the day at the pool and nightly in the bar also. Great location, close to nice bars and restaurants and cafes near El duque beach. Shopping centre across the road. Swimming pools really nice and a great children’s club, you can go in with your baby/toddler and use or leave your baby for an hour (which we didn’t do as our baby too young yet) They have a little pitch and putt golf area, spa and children’s pool with slides etc, looked great but never didn’t use these.

Beautiful looking villas surrounded by luscious and meticulously kept tropical landscaping. The hotel is spread over quite a large area with a lot of hills, but the staff will happily chauffeur you to your room in a buggy as often as you like. This is a pro for me but maybe a con for others - the hotel is very quiet, relaxing and tranquil, even moreso in the evenings. Do not go there to expect to party/socialise but to enjoy peace and relaxation. We booked a standard room and this was the largest standard hotel room I have ever stayed in. It had 2 floors, 2 showers, a bath, 2 toilets and a kitchen. Terrace accessible from downstairs is the same size as most modern hotel rooms and featured a sofa, coffee table, dining table and two loungers. All with stunning views of the mountains and sea. Upstairs also also had a balcony. The room was spotless and cleaned to a high standard. WiFi in the room was great, and generally good across the whole hotel complex. In short, the rooms are amazing. The hotel has 3 pools on 3 different levels in the centre of the hotel. There was no problem in getting a lounger directly at the pool at any time of the day. Pool and it's surroundings were very clean and the loungers very comfortable. Parasols available for every 2 beds. Pools get sunshine throughout the day without almost no shade. Overall, pool. experience was excellent. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Food was good to great at the 2 restaurants, we never had a single bad experience dining. Perhaps the best thing about the stay was the staff. Every single member of staff is courteous, obliging and friendly. They work exceptionally hard to make you feel that you are well cared for in their hands. I would especially like to thank Anastasias at reception; Fernando and Hugo our bellmen; and Juan, Giselle and Diego at La Torre who delivered a custom birthday cake to my son which made the evening very special.

Didn't stay in the apartment much, only here for a few nights and plus its in such a good location to venture about in and around the area to Adeje, Costa Adeje, Siam Park & Mall, and Cristianos. The view from the apartment balcony was amazing and just so quiet at night as you are away from the strip, so you can just enjoy the views and chill out at night away from the noise.

The apartment is very nice and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The owner was also very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.

This apartment is perfect. Everything is exactly like the photos or better. It’s very spacious and bright and the kitchen is so nice to use. They have provided every little thing you could need for your stay. The decor and functionality of the apartment are great and it’s only a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The pool is also lovely and spotlessly clean as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Property had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great pool and good local amenities with loads of good, local restaurants. We made use of underground car parking.

Anfitrião muito simpático e prestável. Cozinha muito bem equipada. Apartamento limpo, cama confortável e tem tudo o que é necessário para uma boa estadia. Bela varanda e e excelente piscina, sem muita gente. Boa localização, sem barulhos incómodos. Fizemos check in fora de horas, pois o nosso voo foi à noite e não houve problema nenhum. Agradecer também o pormenor da garrafa de vinho, cervejas e águas de oferta quando chegamos. Recomendo muito!

Cormfortable, safe apartment with all you need for your stay. Big terrace with a nice view to the garden, great swimming pools. Parking place near the appartment inside the ga ted complex. Good wi-fi.
