The place is awesome. Food is ok. Staff is great! We faced some unexpected challenges in reaching the resort due to some roads being closed. Samy dealt with our case was extremely helpful and kind. Will choose the palace again in the future

L'aigua és espectacular, fent snorkel vam veure una tortuga gegant. L'hotel té biblioteca de manera que vaig poder llegir un llibre. Vaig estar malalta i els cambrers em van preparar menjar especial.

Many thanks for the Hossam he is a very professional one who is trying to make the guest satisfied as much as he could, he made the honeymooners package amazing for us. Room and bathroom were huge and clean. Pools were beautiful and the floor anywhere around always maintained white and dry. Private beach which was perfect for snorkeling: on the right side there were amazing corals and all kinds of fish ( lion fish, stingray,puffer fish and fishes that r shiny and colorful like rainbows.) On the left side, you can find sea turtles and dugong, they come every morning. Food was fantastic, they have different bread and pastries for breakfast, lunch and dinner. customized omletts and fresh pancake for breakfast. Freshly cooked pasta, kebab and sliced beef for dinner, and a lot of other dishes.

Everything was perfect, food & beverage 10, housekeep 10, animation 10, pools and beach 10, with shallow water for kids and deep water from a nice marina for swimming and enjoy snorkling. Aqua park also suitable for kids and adults. All of the staff were so friendly and trying to let us be satisfied, Mr Mohamed and Mr Walid the managers and the chefs were taking care of us always asking how satisfied we are!.....we would like to come back again next year
