For families with young children this resort is amazing, from the abundant sea life to the large aqua park, kids club, and delicious and varied food. We even saw dolphins live while snorkeling off the marina! A once in a lifetime experience. Service is next level, especially from Haitham, Hamdy, Islam, and Elsayed. You all made our trip so special.

We stayed here for one week and had an incredible time. We came from New York, and have traveled to many many different resorts all over the world including the Carribean, and Europe. This resort was really beautiful and service was amazing. We really enjoyed the food but the buffet options were top notch. Special shoutout to Mohamed Ousha from the Anchor restaurant. He was attentive, polite, had a great sense of humor and continuously checked in on us. Also Sherif (Luxor) from the Coral Restaurant. He provided a great service and was really kind and wonderful. Shoutout to the entertainment team they were really great. My kids really loved Khalid, Alex and Ameera for their positive attitudes. The rooms were spotless and the hotel was immaculate and kept clean throughout the entire time. We highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to have a relaxing time with wonderful service and great food.

Great experience. Food is superior compared to what we've seen on other hotels at Red Sea: variety of Italian food. The apartment was large, clean and cozy. Staff is very friendly and helpful, do not try to charge your for anything additionally. Animation and facilities are also nice. Its interesting that majority of guests are Italian, together with Italian food and the staff who also speak Italian, feels like a small Italy. All in all - highly recommended.

Didn’t feel incomplete for us despite some part are still under construction. 2 Restaurants pool bars are working, food is amazing. Still are all exceptional. Every thing is spotless and brand new so I can’t complain about anything really.

Very nice resort with spacious and clean rooms. The food is amazing! Fresh and diverse with BBQ outside everyday. the staff is very kind and helpful. The beach is perfect to chill and has white sand. There is a beautiful house reef which you can access from a jetty. At the time we visited (November 2023) it was not too busy, but quiet and relax. Price / quality is the best around!

Location was good to be in hotel all time , but it is far from town about 30 minutes & breakfast and restaurant at all was wonderful , very clean , organised, delicious and has a lot of varieties , staff was very helpful and cheerful especially club car men Husein and Younis , reception all of them , bell men and all restaurant staff

I have been to many Jaz hotels in the area, this is by far the best. Top class restaurants, food, services, animation etc. amazing facilities, modern rooms. I would highly recommend, especially for couples.
