We had very good relationship with all the staff!!! we will miss the atmosphere and all Akasia resort, but for sure we will be back as soon as possible

Visited LTI with the family for a short stay. I liked the hotel and facilities (pools, aqua park, resturants), but what was exceptional is the staff. Mostafa (service desk) and the rest of staff members we dealt with are very welcoming and helpful. They looked after us very well, and did not expect anything in return. Pools are very nice and of different depth to help young children as well. Aqua park is shared with the other siste-hotel but still very cool and not very crowded. Overall the stay was really good
