Exceptional. Everything is good about this hotel. I'm just wondering why it's not a 5 star hotel. We booked the swim up family room, amazing. If you're planning just to spend a whole day in the hotel, the all-inclusive package is recommended. You won't get bored all day and night. There are plenty of activities for the whole family to enjoy and relax.

The hotel was really excellent with exceptional helpful and professional staff. Very clean, with big rooms and all the amenities to make your stay unforgetable. The all inclusive option is very good both for the quantity and the quality. We used the internal pool due to the weather.

The hotel was amazing. Breakfast and dinner that we paid for were very delicious and beyond our expectations. Everyone was really polite and super helpful when we had an issue or question. We loved it also because our daughter has an amazing time every day during the mini disco. So try to keep your all around animator (Christiana) at all cost.
