The resort is located on the Punta Quepos promontory in Costa Rica, surrounded by 12 acres of wildlife-rich tropical rainforest with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Manuel Antonio. This eco-luxury resort features 3 swimming pools and 3 restaurants.

Amazing hotel. The facilities are great, clean, and well maintained. They have areas for adults and for families, which is great (we were traveling with 2 girls 1 and 3 years old). The animals that live within the premises of the hotel are also fantastic: you can spot sloths, monkeys, raccoons, hawks, and others just by walking and keeping your eyes peeled. I'd stay again here.

The service at the beach was also excellent! Thoroughly enjoyed the daily cocktails! Check in and check out was smooth. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby for food and drink!

With free WiFi, this 4-star hotel has a restaurant and a bar. The accommodation features room service, a concierge service and organising tours for guests.

This hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance to a sandy beach/cove. The restaurant was closed (under renovation) during our stay however we were able to walk (some people took the golf cart due to the steep hill) to the next hotel for a fabulous breakfast. All of the staff in our hotel were amazing, from the wonderful ladies on reception to the man managing the carpark, very friendly and so helpful. Roy, the bartender, was extremely knowledgable about the area and the wildlife. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely come back.

Everything! Location is close to El Avion restaurant and many other restaurants and bars. The villas are tucked away in the jungle with monkeys that will greet you morning and night. Beautiful lush facilities and great bungalows. Very comfortable stay! I would highly recommend. It is a newer resort, family owned! Carlos and his family are excellent hosts and prepare fresh food for breakfast and dinner.

Such a beautiful resort! The main pool has a gorgeous view of the ocean, and is especially magical at sunset. The breakfast included is delicious. Also the monkey trail on the property was full of monkeys! Very cool site to see, but highly recommended walking it in the afternoon when they’re more active.

The Rico Tico Grill was a great way to start the day. Wonderful breakfast choices with a great view. The staff was always friendly, especially Allen who went out of his way to make us feel welcome there. The staff of the resort were also very friendly and ready to help with anything. The food at the restaurant upstairs was excellent.

Staff could not have been more accomodating and friendly. Each guest is assigned a concierge to take care of their needs while on property. Our concierge Alex was wonderful and worked hard to make sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. We loved the location of the resort. And we also loved the ever smiling restaurant staff. It was a great stay and the resort made for a very relaxing vacation.

A great beach resort. The service was very good, food in the restaurant top. Very pleasant pool area. You can't beat the location on high bank over the beautiful beach and on the edge of the forest. We saw a sloth directly from our room and monkeys were regular visitors on our balcony.

Beautiful resort surrounded by the trees, with beautiful views and close beach. We had monkeys inside the resort on the trees and the pool area is very nice. Provide free shuttle to the Manuel Antonio park as well.

The Falls Resort was the perfect venue for our family vacation to Manuel Antonio. The staff and facilities are fantastic - and they provided some of the best meals in the area! The location is perfect for walking access to basic amenities and the beach, BUT the bus was affordable and easy to hop on for the trip back uphill or getting to the park and back. LOVED this place, and hope to come back again.

Room was very well equipped with everything we needed. Any extra item we wanted (ex. A kettle), was brought to us immediately. Room was cleaned regularly, and resort was maintained extremely well. The manager, Vernita, was always available to give advice and answer any and all questions.
