omg whats not to like! guys helped us from car with bags to go inside and check in. had drinks ready for us and sat us down on comfy couches. a gentleman came to check us in with ipad over drinks. room and hotel was amazing. drinks were good. rooftop restaurant is a must.

Loved this place. Stunning view to the volcano. The thermal pools are great, they even have one with a bar with views to the volcano and we finished our days there. Loads of animal life, beautiful birds, 1m fluorescent iguanas, squirells… and their zipline was amazing too! Our daughters of 7/9 did tandem with the guides who were so sweet and helpful. Super recommended.
