From 1 to 10 i give it an 11. The service and attention from the host and his wife are top, very familiar. The location is also good. You have everything near by. Thanks a lot!

The visit to the site of the most disgraceful event of murderous military indiscipline since the gas chambers. All travellers should visit the Memorial Museum to the hundreds of unarmed Vietnamese women, children and old men killed in cold blood at My Lai. Murdered by the gross military indiscipline of USA soldiers and never subject to an international War Crimes Trial. This is probably the only reason to visit Quang Ngai

Quang Ngai is not a tourist town.
Quang Ngai is not a tourist town. It is very poor and rundown. It is not on the beaten track for your regular tourist bus. We only came here to visit our World Vision sponsored child and would not have come otherwise. A Westerner in this place is like a visitor from outer space!! My wife & I were mobbed in a local shopping centre by teenagers wanting a selfie with us! Mothers showed us to their children. People Don't speak English well here - even in the hotels - they are not used to Westerners. However, the Vietnamese people are the most humble, caring, thoughtful people who can't do enough for you.

She suggested to upgrade our room without any charge because such room is available at that time. She helped us deliver suitecases to Muong Thanh (our last day in Ly Son). And she supported us to buy tickets to visit Small Island and Quang Ngai.

I stayed one night -- 20/01/24 to 21/01/24. The hotel was the most interesting one on Booking.com for Quang Ngai. All gold and white. Like a palace. It was all quite kitsch, but it is definitely a unique property that stands out from the blandness of most other hotels which I loved about it. It's also fairly central.

The villa is really nice, the room is clean and comfort. I have a great 4 hours sleep after 2 days stay awake because of coffee. The view from the room also the villa is super chill. I’ll stay here again next time I go to Quang Ngai. Highly recommend !

Though the location was perfect—near the historical sites I’d come to see and situated on a beautiful beach—the management failed to inform me of the periodic blackouts. In the fierce heat having neither an air conditioner nor fan was more than an inconvenience—it was positively dangerous, not to mention there was no electricity for charging your phone. Though the owner in Hanoi was dismissive, the on-site manager did everything in his power to render the situation less awful—but there was only so much he could do. The electricity eventually went on but it was mighty rough for a while. That being said the locals of the area were thoughtful and engaging, food options were great (if you like seafood) and the swimming was outstanding. The homestay’s amenities can charitably be described as minimal. I would seriously consider staying elsewhere if you’re sensitive to the heat or require much in the way of comfort—it was more than just a little rough. I must again praise the manager—a nice guy who did everything he could to make my stay pleasant—but there was only so much he could do; he worked with what he had which wasn’t much. It was a great location but an iffy place to stay.
