The rooms were very clean and well stocked. The pool was exceptional. My son loved it. The facilities are very clean and upscale. A very luxurious feel. Breakfast was included in the price which was a plus.

Mr.Marwen Mr. Azzet Mr. Hedi night shift Ms. saloua and Mr. Emad guest relation . Honestly i mentioned everyones name because they deserves it!! they did an amazing job helping guests with their needs respectfully with great personality with always a positive energy. We were a group of 6 people 3 different rooms hotel was pretty much packed but always when they are asked for something to do they will get it done ASAP and you can feel it they do it with great heart not because this is only their job to do. Honestly i want to say more but all i can say this hotel is exceptional with brilliant staff. On behalf of myself and the rest of my group we would like to thank each one of them so much for their great performance and hospitality.

This hotel with 2 swimming pools. It offers a spa including massage treatments. Each en suite room includes a balcony with a view of the garden or the sea. This is an excellent hotel for both families, couples and singles. First we met the reseotionists who were very nice and welcoming. Smiled and asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Especially a lady working there named monira was very inclusive and wanted the best for you. The food tasted excellent. There was plenty to choose from and the food tasted good. The people who worked at the restaurant took plates as soon as you finished and were good at cleaning up. I drank my fantan and got a refill right away, didn't have to ask for a refill even once. They really see you and follow you. Excellent restaurant and food. Nothing to complain about. There are some people who work who call themselves animation people who will entertain the tourists. They are very helpful and good at entertaining both adults and children. They make you feel welcome and include you in everything. Will come and ask you and you will join and do his best for you, so that you feel good and thrive. They include and see everyone. The room we got was very nice, nice warm colors that were comfortable. The bed was soft and good to lie in. It smelled clean when we entered the door and that's right, the room was clean. The bedclothes were clean too. Super satisfied with the stay. Will of course return. And we were there around winter time and the hotel was so good. Tiptop thumbs up
