This intimate Uppsala hotel is housed in a 19th-century building, 100 metres from the Uppsala Cathedral. It’s location just a stone’s throw from the cathedral. The bed was enormous and super comfy - Probably the best night’s sleep we’ve had in a hotel! Lovely bathroom and relaxing bath and we really liked the soaps. The breakfast in the morning was nicely presented with good choice too.

Located 1.4 km from Gränbystaden shopping centre, ArenaHotellet i Uppsala features a restaurant, bar and views of the city. Free private parking is available on site subject to availability. Very helpful staff, a comfortable and clean room. A pretty good breakfast system to avoid overcrowding and they can help recommend good places to order food from after their restaurant closes. Free parking is amazing. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of things to choose from. This is my new go to hotel whenever I will find myself in Uppsala again!

Elite Hotel Academia is located in central Uppsala, a 1-minute walk from Uppsala Central Station. Guests can enjoy the rooftop sky bar with city views. The reception are so good. The food is lovely.

This modern-designed hotel is directly across from Uppsala Central Station. Uppsala Concert and Congress Hall is 150 metres away. WiFi and access to a state-of-the-art gym are free. Hotel was great and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again

Grand Hotell Hörnan is set in an early 20th-century building, 400 metres from Uppsala Central Station. All rooms include a flat-screen TV, a seating area and free WiFi access. Excellent location, big room with nice view and comfortable bed. Wonderful breakfast with a lot of options.

Dating back to 1930, this intimate hotel is within 5 minutes’ walk of Uppsala Cathedral and Uppsala Castle. Akademihotellet’s fresh rooms have a flat-screen satellite TV, private bathroom and desk. This is a lovely hotel in a charming and well kept building. The staff at reception were particularly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and attractive and very comfortable and the location in town was just great -- in the charming old section very near to the cathedral and other attractions. All at an excellent price!

Located in Uppsala city centre, this hotel offers soundproofed rooms with satellite TV and free WiFi. Given the nature of my trip, this hotel had absolutely everything I could have wanted, and then some. Even travelling alone and on foot with a fair bit of luggage, it was very easy to get there from the central train station (which is quite literally a stone's throw away), my room was very clean and comfortable (and the perfect size), the food was plentiful and delicious (the hotel offered two complimentary meals a day, which I've never experienced before!), and the staff were all extremely professional, helpful, approachable, friendly, and accommodating - even after I'd already reached the end of my stay and checked out of my room (when they very kindly allowed me to store my luggage there for several hours while I did some last-minute sightseeing around the town). I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Uppsala.

Situated in the heart of Uppsala, Clarion Hotel Gillet offers free WiFi and Scandinavian-style rooms with Smart TV. Uppsala Cathedral is 300 metres away. The staff were so nice and friendly, the food was tasty and lots of choice for breakfast. It’s in a good place of Uppsala, easy to get to and not far from the train station.
